What does the Explorers team do?
They champion young adults on the edge of their greatest growth.
Sessions are built around leadership, expedition skills, community impact, and preparing for life’s wider landscape. The team helps Explorers become the version of themselves they’re striving toward.
What would I do?
You’d help shape a programme filled with real responsibility, planning trips, guiding projects, supporting award work, and mentoring young people as they navigate more complex challenges. You’re a partner in their journey, offering support without overshadowing their independence.
