We’ll be taking a short break over Easter

We’re taking a breather this Easter, and there will be no meetings on Tuesday, 2 April.

Those of you who have been with us for some time will know that we Scout throughout most of the school holidays in Billesley, with only a few weeks off. As we approach the Easter holiday, we wanted to inform you that we’ll be taking a one-week break at Easter to allow everyone to spend time with their families, recharge, and enjoy themselves.

There will be no section meetings on Tuesday 2 April. The break will give us all a chance to reflect on the adventures we’ve had so far this year and prepare for the exciting activities planned for the future. We’ve got all sorts of fun things coming up for the summer term, with some exciting trips, camps and events taking place in the coming months, so the week off will be a great time to relax, unwind, and perhaps even embark on some outdoor adventures of your own, before the summer term kicks off on Tuesday 9 April.

Thursday Night Shooting Club will still be taking place on Thursday 4 April. While there will be no regular Scout meetings or activities on Tuesday 2 April, our Thursday Night Shooting Club will continue on Thursday 4 April as usual.

Regular meetings and activities will resume on Tuesday 9 April, as we prepare to get ready for our upcoming Squirrels Open Event.

We all wish you all a joyful and peaceful Easter!
