Preparing young people in Billesley and Kings Heath with skills for life

We join up with our youth members each week, and help them to learn and develop life skills they can use in the real world.

Being involved in Scouting with 325th Birmingham, 1st Billesley means you'll be part of one of the the most active and exciting youth movements in the world, giving you the opportunity to be part of an organisation that puts fun, adventure and life skills at the heart of everything it does.

Our fun and active programme, together with our amazing leaders, ensures that every member, no matter their age, gender, religion or background, will experience a wide range of fun activities, from outdoor pursuits and adventurous activities, to learning to cook and help the local community.

The Scouts' safeguarding and safety policy

It's important for us that each of our Scouts has a safe environment to learn new skills, try new things and go on new adventures, and - with many of our adult volunteers being parents themselves - we know how important it is to make sure that parents and responsible adults feel at ease when waving their young ones off to their first overnight sleepover, camp or event.

Whatever we do, and wherever we go, we always make your young person's safety our number one priority. You can find out more about our safeguarding policies in our Parent Information section, or by visiting the Stay Safe section of the Scouts website

If you have any questions or concerns, you can either contact the Group using the details at the bottom of the page, or get in touch with the Scouts safeguarding team, by emailing safeguarding@scouts.org.uk or calling 0345 300 1818.
